Continental United States customers have 20 days from their order date to request a return.
The continental US excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition (new, unused and unwashed) with tags attached, for Zapamax to accept for a return. Items mailed back that do not meet the guidelines for a refund will not be refunded.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The Return fee is $8 per returned item.
Once Zapamax receives your return, please allow for 7 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for a return.
As this time, Zapamax does not offer exchanges. You may place a new order for an updated item and separately mail the return back to Zapamax.
All sale and final sale items cannot be refunded. For orders that are lost in transit, Zapamax will issue a full refund for the order as we are unable to resend another package.
Customers can easily and automatically return items without filling up any information, from the Customer Account Dashboard on the top right corner of any page using a few clicks only.
However, if the Return process can’t be done from the Account dashboard, Customers must fill out the return form below, before mailing items back (However, this method is not recommended).
