SHIPPING POLICY

ZAPAMAX provides FREE SHIPPING, NO MINIMUM on any items purchased from us for the customers of Continental United States! This means, we provide free shipping even for 1 T-shirt bought from our online shop!

The continental US excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.

We are a US-based company, shipping from California.

Please allow 5 to 8 business days for your order to arrive via USPS or UPS.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by logistical operations, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

Zapamax is closed on weekends and all major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or on observed holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed.

PO BOX ADDRESS : Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses. We require a valid physical address for all shipments to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Orders with PO Box addresses will not be processed. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.

Currently, ZAPAMAX does not provide express shipping.

At this time, Zapamax does not currently ship to international addresses.
